  •  Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  •  Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
  •  Customised, personalised, or consumable medical items are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged.
  •  Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

  • We may request photos of the issue before authorising a return.
  • Faulty or damaged items are fully refundable or eligible for replacement at no extra cost.
  • Shipping costs for faulty or damaged items are covered by Medical Equipments Australia.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us with order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number from our support team.
  3. Safely pack the item and attach the RA number.
