The RayVision HAR-1000 is a professional handheld autorefractor built for fast, objective refraction screening wherever patients are. Using Shack-Hartmann wavefront technology, it measures sphere, cylinder and axis in under one second per eye, with a short working distance that makes it easy to focus on infants from 6 months, children and adults. No dark room is needed, so it works in normal room lighting at school screenings, paediatric and GP practices, optometry and ophthalmology clinics, optical stores and outreach programs.
Results show on the built-in colour touch display and can be sent to a PC over USB, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, or printed on an optional Bluetooth printer. At just 243 g, the HAR-1000 is light enough for all-day screening and arrives in a protective aluminium carry case.
