What patient weight or size is it for?

It is sized for infants. For older children or adults, choose a pediatric or adult soft tip or hard shell sensor instead. For very small neonates, a neonatal wrap sensor is the usual choice.

Does it need an adapter cable?

No. The LNCS connector plugs straight into Masimo LNCS monitors and LNCS patient cables. You only need an adapter if your monitor uses a different Masimo connector, such as an LNOP or Rainbow port.
